Dorothy Marlene Prpic

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Marlene Prpic on October 1, 2025, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 73.

Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness touched everyone she met. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years, Merle Prpic, her children Michelle (Kenny) Howard and Mark Prpic, and her cherished grandchildren Kaeli, Brody, Abigail, Davis, and Toby—the lights of her life.

Dorothy is survived by her sisters Sylvia (Al) Unrau and Elaine (Alan) Unrau, and was predeceased by her sister Linda DeRegt. She will also be deeply missed by her sisters- and brothers-in-law, Murray (Rejeanne), Bette and Pauline, as well as by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Known for her gentle spirit and generous heart, Dorothy found joy in helping others. She had a gift for sewing and shared her talent as a skilled seamstress, creating beautiful pieces and treasured keepsakes for family and friends. She was also admired for her amazing cooking and her love of singing, which brought warmth and joy into every gathering. Above all, she will be remembered for being sweet, kind, and endlessly thoughtful.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society in her memory.

Her love and warmth will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
