On Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 75 years of age Lorne Puhl passed away in the Saskatoon City Hospital.
Lorne is Survived by his Wife Loretta, daughters Shannon and Amanda, sisters Noreen and Karen, brother Mervin, along with his cousins, nephews, niece and aunt.
He was pre-deceased by his parents Eva and Bill
Born on August 14, 1950 in Melville, SK. Lorne worked in a gas station in Saskatoon after his dad got a job as a mechanic, he returned to high school to get his GED and joined the City Police where he stayed for over 30 years and retired as a Sergeant. He married his wife in 1977 and they had 2 beautiful daughters.
His favorite past time was golf and after marriage Loretta joined him in this activity. He had a huge fondness for history especially the two world wars and could cite any fact about them.
Lorne will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
A funeral service for Lorne will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. John Bosco Catholic Parish in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
