Murray Berthold

Murray passed away unexpectedly in Saskatoon, SK. MB enjoyed his last day doing what he loved, spending time at the farm. He was able to enjoy his passion of being at the farm more since retiring in 2002 from the Saskatchewan Transportation Company. Whether it was cutting grass, picking rock, rolling the fields, running the grain cart, parts runs or "crop checking", he loved it all. He also enjoyed spending any time he could with close family and his grandkids.

He was predeceased by his parents, Mary Ann & Otto Berthold; sister, Dianne Tracy; brother, Jim Berthold; and second parents, Stu & Net Hodgins.

He will be forever remembered by his wife of 44 years, Patty; son, Ronald & daughter-in-law, Mel; three grandchildren, Payton, Jesse & Addison; Phyllis Berthold & family; Tom Tracy; Steven & Rhonda Bartlett & family; Blair & Shelley Bartlett & family; Murray & Tracy Hodgins & family; Ricky Milman & family; Wayne & Brenda Hodgins & family; and every other person who had a chance to know him.

At his request, there will be no funeral. We will have a celebration of life at a later to be determined date.
